Cleaning Bond: a cleaning bond is required on all weekend or longer stays to Olvar. $50.00 per person/room for weekenders, $100.00 per person/room for week-long or longer stays.

Bookings & Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
- Paid bookings and cancellation credits are fully transferable.
- You will be eligible to receive a full refund if you cancel up to 28 days prior to your retreat, workshop or masterclass.
- You will be eligible to receive a 50% refund if you cancel between 28 days and 7 days before your retreat, workshop or masterclass. You may use the remaining 50% credit for another Olvar Wood service within 6 months of your cancellation date.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of your retreat, workshop or masterclass.
- Appraisals: A 50% deposit is required prior to reading commencing. The balance is payable on completion of the report, prior to the report being sent to you.
